Bill Reddick created Canada’s official state dinnerware. The “Maple Leaf Service” was enjoyed by President Obama on his state visit to Canada in 2009 and later by the Emperor and Empress of Japan. Bill’s “Plate with National Imagery,” featuring Canada Geese in flight, represented Canada at the 2009 Cheongju International Craft Biennale in South Korea, and in Vancouver at the “Cultural Olympiad” during the 2010 Winter Olympics. Place settings at the Canadian Embassy in Tokyo depict another of his elegant and original designs. Bill welcomes visitors to his studio/gallery and enjoys sharing his enthusiasm for his work.
